Standard Business Terms:
We’ll discuss the look and feel that you desire and how you want to position your organization in the minds of your target audience. Then produce a proof from our discussion and will accept 2 major revisions before any more design fees occur. On small projects, We invoice at the completion of the job and require immediate payment or receipt of payment before delivering print ready files. All pre-paid requests will be handled on a first pay first serve basis. Larger jobs (over $250.00) require a 50% deposit at the onset of the project, with the rest billable upon completion.
NO DESIGN WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL PAID.
We are not responsible for any errors found after a design is approved by the client to go to print, spelling or otherwise.
Turnaround time is usually within 24 hours, but depends on the job. We work with the client to make sure the timing is agreeable, and stick to the timetable as promised

Design Files:
Upon completion of design and payment received we can provide you with a flattened image at print resolution for no extra charge. We will keep your design files archived for any further use by you alone..The source files are considered property of the ACTION ARTS AGENCY but a copy can be bought at a cost equal to the design fee assigned to each design.

Appointments:
Appointments can be made to meet with a designer either in our offices or at almost any location. Travel fees will be assessed according to distance and/or cost of travel. Hourly rates for appointments start at $60 an hour..Walk-ins without appointment can be taken depending on schedule, the rate is $90 an hour.

Design Prices:
Prices below show starting at, and are negotiable due to content. Usually this is a one time fee..Additional changes to existing design start at $20 to change a picture or small amount of text
