3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

   You are approving your file for printing and authorizing us to charge your account for your placed order.  Orders will not go to print until paid for in full.

 Please review ALL spelling, grammar, numbers and addresses, as well as style, margins and design in the proof.  After material is submitted, any reprinting due to customer changes or missed errors will be charged to the customer.  We cannot accept responsibility for errors.   Due to the speed of printing and processing, orders are final and there can be no cancellations, chargebacks, or changes to the order.

All files must be flattened and saved as a JPEG, TIF, PSD, PDF at 300 DPI resolution or it will NOT go to print.

Standard print time is 3-5 days from payment to shipping.

48 hr. print time is guaranteed ONLY with a $50 rush fee. 

There is a $25 service fee if we have to correct files before they go to print.
